Since August 2007, Urvicasa has been operating through the company URBIDOM Sp.z o.o in the Polish city of Poznan where the company started development activity related to commercial and housing projects.

Urbidom's objective in the first stage is to run development activity in the Poznan urban area with local small and medium companies as target. All activities are performed by experienced Polish staff and local partners.

Urbidom is now working on the project of Wysogotowo Biznes Park, and its main goal is to develop a commercial, services and warehouse center. More details at www.wysogotowobiznespark.pl.

In the second stage Urbidom will be developing the housing activity in Poznan and its urban area designed for local middle class.

Our objective from the beginning of this project was its sustainability in the long-term, which had the greatest influence when it came to choose Poznan as headquarters for our first venture in Poland.

Achieving the satisfaction of our final local customers by offering a competitive product with differentiated added values is one of Urbidom's key strategies.
